What is Coaching?

A Coach helps you get from where you are now, to where you desire to be. We encourage, help develop a plan of action, hold you accountable for your growth and change and ask compelling questions to unfold what is already within you.

Whatever goals, dreams, desires, and challenges you are facing right now, I desire to help you get to the other side and create lifelong change. Unlike Therapists, we do not give advice or analyze the past. As a Life, Health and Wellness Coach, I focus on the fact that the client can determine and achieve their goals. We focus on the present and the future.

You have all the answers within you; a Coach assists you in uncovering those answers from within you.
