Not all fat is created equal, learn which types of fat are more harmful to your health and how to lose weight and keep it off through lifestyle, exercise, attitude, and nutrition.

Session 5: Live without Pain and Inflammation:

Inflammation (the body is on fire) is the root cause of most health issues such as heart disease, diabetes, arthritis, and much more. Learn simple ways to reduce inflammation and improve your life significantly!
