LIFE COACHING SESSION

Get the Most out of Life

How can I help you shine brighter? Has your mind been your biggest enemy? Has it held you back and made you feel stuck? Would you love to feel good enough no matter what you are facing? Would you desire to build your confidence through Goal Oriented Coaching? Life throws many surprises at us, and while we cannot predict the outcome of any situation, we can take control of how we respond to particular circumstances. Equanimity (is a state of psychological stability and composure which is undisturbed by an experience of/or exposure to emotions, pain, or other phenomena that may cause others to lose the balance of their mind). Are you bombarded with reactivity, negative self-talk, the feeling of unworthiness, and false beliefs? With my coaching sessions, you’ll learn about acceptance and how to exert your power of choice over whatever life may throw at you.

Invest in yourself now to create a lifetime of good health and vitality. Understand how to set attainable goals and how nutrition plays a vital role in your wellness journey.


Session 4:

Move Waste from your Waist:

Not all fat is created equal, learn which types of fat are more harmful to your health and how to lose weight and keep it off through lifestyle, exercise, attitude, and nutrition.


Session 5: Live without Pain and Inflammation:

Inflammation (the body is on fire) is the root cause of most health issues such as heart disease, diabetes, arthritis, and much more. Learn simple ways to reduce inflammation and improve your life significantly!
